Introduction

Today I was thinking about business and how to help you as an attorney by helping your current and future clients with the sale of real property in an estate. I do continue to develop my skills and abilities so that when that time comes I will be at the top of my game for both of you.

I've recorded this 1 minute video for you to consider …

Number 4 of the 7 skills and abilities that I’m improving is:

My ability and skill to use experienced judgment to make sound decisions.

Decision making is both an art and a science. After I view the house, I will make cost-effective suggestions for improving its salability. When your client is considering improvements, such as paint, landscape, or even flooring — these are important decisions, and my ability to guide them and help clarify the goals is something I love to do. And I’m very good at it.

So the next time you’re in a conversation with a client, friend, family member or colleague and they mention they need real estate help, feel comfortable knowing that when you introduce them to me you have done the right thing … for them.

I’m grateful to be on your team and look forward to a lifelong relationship.
