The Great Thing About Getting Help

Introduction

Yesterday I went to the San Diego Apple Store because my laptop was responding slowly. I step into the store and a red shirt wearing man asks how he can help me. I tell him my problem and he directs me to the back of the store to another red shirt wearing man who offers me a seat and says "we will be able to help you in a couple minutes." I sit down, relax and the third red shirt wearing man asks me to describe how my laptop is acting. He then spends the next 35 minutes looking at the machine, removing some unnecessary things and teaching me how to segment items so that my laptop will respond better.

I tell you this story to share with you how good it feels when I get the help that I need. These three men had the sole purpose to help me solve my problem. And, while they were doing that, it felt like they had all the time it would take to fix my problem, teach me a few tricks and guide me to avoid problems in the future. The outcome was I am outrageously happy with the product and the help that the Apple employees provide.

What does this have to do with San Diego real estate? If you had an experience working with me, you know that my purpose is for you to be outrageously happy with the help I provide. Whether it is a traditional sale or my specialty, a San Diego probate house or a San Diego house in trust, there is much to do for a successful sale.

My team and I (like the Apple store) teach and guide our clients through the preparation, marketing and all the transactional details of selling a San Diego house. And, the best part is we will give you all the time that you need to feel comfortable throughout the sale of the San Diego house. That’s the way to do business!
