The Horizon team has been excellent to work with, Kim and Ashlie made sure all my needs were met from start to finish. It def was a hard process for me letting go of the house, but they ensured all was taken care of and I never once worried with them! Communication and commitment was a 5+! I’d def recommend them!

The Horizon team, Kim/Ashlie/Laura, made the selling of a home in a trust as smooth as possible. They presented good comps at the initial meeting and set the price at a fair market value.were professional, knowledgeable about trusts, and I immediately felt like they were the right choice.They listened to my input and my concerns. There were many issues with the home including an eviction, pet odors, an incorrect lien on the title which they quickly helped to clear. There were limited funds to prepare the home for sale, but Kim and Ashlie presented a plan and helped me choose the most necessary updates, coordinate the hauling away, changing of carpet and cleaning of the home.communication was regular and prompt. They remained positive throughout it all. The home sold quickly and they were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. They assisted with the offers presented and negotiated with the buyer's realtor, keeping me informed throughout. They intervened with the escrow company when I had an unanswered question. Laura sent me friendly reminders to send a copy of the trust, gather the death certificates for escrow, etc. They were able to answer my questions about the supplemental property taxes., it was an emotional experience for me and they were patient and understanding.cannot recommend this Horizon team enough. They exceeded my expectations and followed through with all they presented and said they would do.
